A story which I was surprised at in Seattle, the U.S.A

I do not make fun of people in the U.S.A at all, but I was very surprised at that when I was at the airport in Seattle. Before getting on the airplane, I bought a bottle of water. The cashier gave me a change from a donation box..not from a cash register. I have never seen that in my entire life. I did not see it when I was in Vancouver either. However, I thought she will give thet money back to the donation box, but she didnt. I've heard a few people do this. Hopefully, they will change such a thing. That money in a donation box is not supposed to be used by cashier.
